I found 21 customer reviews at time of writing and they had awarded the DS18 RCNLP/BK 3.5 stars out of a possible 5 on average.
Amazon customers are generally more positive about this product than not, but there were some niggling points raised by one customer who said “the zoom lens doesn’t work well in low light conditions which makes recording footage difficult or unusable too often” while another said “everything from installation to joining apps (is) complicated for no reason at all”.
