Butyl Tape is a great product for general purpose use, but if you are looking for something more specific then it might not be suitable. The tape has an adhesive that works well and sticks to most surfaces, so this could make the perfect tool for many different uses around your home.
I found 23 customer reviews at the time of writing and they had awarded the TAFOMAGIC Butyl Tape 2 stars out of a possible 5 on average.
The customer reviews on Amazon aren’t as positive overall with one review saying, “Don’t buy this garbage-waste tape! I bought three rolls thinking maybe one would work…not even close! My husband laughed when he saw them in my cart.” Saying that these tapes don’t stick to anything and have poor adhesion qualities was just one reason why people didn’t like these tapes.
