The customer reviews on Amazon are positive overall, but there were some niggling points raised as well: one customer said that “the hose is stiffer than I expected” while another thought that “it was too short” in length when attached to their faucet handle for use in filling water tanks; however no other customers seem to have experienced these problems so perhaps this wasn’t an issue with just my particular piece. Other customers said things like “works great,” “great quality,” and finally, “good product.”
